In any case, the interested party always has the right to propose a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations, if it considers that the processing of personal data is in contrast with the law in force.

This privacy policy is effective from 25/05/2018. MARESERVIZI reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. The interested party will be informed of these changes as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the site.
